Dear Kevin,

Not knowing who else to forward this to, we felt you would have all the avenues within the Hovnanian world to get this to the proper people.

We wanted to take this opportunity to recognize the exceptional caring job done by your construction supervisor, Larry Johnson.  Our home was completed at the end of January.

Larry took the time to listen to our needs and was able to have them implemented to our satisfaction.  We had the good fortunes to be able to visit the construction site frequently and whenever Larry was contacted he insured that any concerns were addressed and resolved.

This type of caring and meeting the customers’ needs all too often goes unrecognized.  Not so in this case.  Larry’s attention to our requests is truly appreciated.  K. Hovnanian is very fortunate to have someone like Larry.

Kevin, your help was also immeasurable.  We thank you for all of your efforts in making our dreams become a reality.

We look forward to our time in Sea Oaks and we’d like to recognize Larry’s efforts for starting them out on a positive note.
